Free U.S. Shipping
Dark Flame Coffee Co. offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, including both coffee and merchandise.

Coffee Fulfillment
Our coffee is roasted and fulfilled on demand so it arrives as fresh as possible. Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days, and most shipments typically arrive within about 3–5 business days after shipping, depending on destination and carrier conditions.

Merchandise Fulfillment
Merchandise items are made and fulfilled by third-party production partners. Processing and delivery times for merchandise may differ from coffee orders and can vary by product and partner.

Multiple Shipments
Orders containing both coffee and merchandise may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers, as they are fulfilled by different partners.

Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Dark Flame Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
