Roast: Medium | Single Origin

From the misty hillsides of Medellín, Colombia — where coffee farming is a way of life passed down through generations.

This exceptional single origin comes from smallholder farmers nestled in the Antioquia region at 1,300–1,500 meters above sea level. The high altitude slows the cherry's development, concentrating its sugars and producing a remarkably complex cup. Grown in volcanic loam soil and processed through full washing and solar drying — a careful, labor-intensive method that protects the bean from rain and preserves its bright, clean character.

The result? A medium roast that opens with dried orange and berry, settles into rich chocolate, and leaves you reaching for another cup.
